A beautiful nine-year-old cat is searching for a loving new family after the heartbreaking death of her owner.

Bailey, who currently lives in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, has endured a sad and unsettling time and now desperately needs a peaceful home where she can feel safe and loved again.

The affectionate cat has a striking mottled coat of warm brown, ginger and black fur, with expressive green eyes and a sweet face.

Bailey would be best suited to a quiet, happy household with a caring family who will give her the patience and affection she needs as she adjusts to another major change in her life.

She cannot live with dogs and her carers are ideally hoping to find her a suitable home in the north of England, although the most important consideration will be finding the right people for her.

Bailey has been spayed and microchipped. Her current carer does not know whether her vaccinations are up to date, so her new family may need to discuss this with a vet.

At nine years old, Bailey still has plenty of love and companionship to offer. She now needs someone willing to open their heart and home to a cat who has lost the person she depended upon.

Anyone who believes they can offer Bailey the safe, quiet and loving home she deserves is asked to email hayley@animalnewsagency.com. Their details will then be forwarded to Bailey’s carers.
